Since 1999, we have delivered successful business-driven technology solutions to service providers globally. As a result of working with 50+ clients, we have deep expertise in Business and Operational Support Systems (BSS/OSS) allowing us to meet the rapidly evolving needs of service providers.

Using this knowledge we started a venture in 2006, with the help of funding from the Canadian National Research council, in solving the root cause or systemic issues in the service provider today. Our product, NETPortal, first went into production in 2009. Since then we continue to address all areas affecting service delivery and assurance processes with carrier grade scalable tested products.
